You can now "quickly reply" to posts by scrolling to the bottom of the thread. There will be a box for you to use. :)
Also added are more profile options. To see, click my name to the left of this and you will notice the difference in profiles. :)
You have the ability to add messengers, websites, pictures, and shouts. :D
